I have achilles t...</title><content type='html'>Interesting advice from your PT. I have achilles tendonitis too and was told NOT to run on it for several weeks and then start up slowly again. I've had it before and it's a tough one to heal, especially since the cause is overtraining or always running on hard surfaces.
