If you did, and I said anything offensive, silly, or just down-right nasty, please forgive me. I was at my bachelorette party. Believe me when I tell you that I've been paying for all of that...all day long. It was an interesting and fun evening....especially when at breakfast this morning, one of my victims (the guy who was on his batchelor party weekend, and that I felt like needed a lecture on why NOT to marry that girl) and his group, got seated at the table right next to us. It only took about 4 seconds for them to realize who we were.
I'm glad I don't do this kind of thing often. Troy just informed me that Savannah has two web cams strategical placed on the River Walk...so while only several thousand people probably saw me fulfill my batchelorette dreams in person, several million had the opportunity to watch it on the web. I've also been told that my dance to "Pour Some Sugar on Me" (on the bar) is going to be on YouTube. Very nice indeed. I wonder if I can attach that to my electronic resume....
Thank you Sandra for making it happen, and thank you to JB, Beckie, Kiem, Justice, Karate Girl, Clarita, and Downtown D for making it all so damn fun!
But, like I've been saying lately about this wedding...I'm glad that I'll never have to do that again!
On another note, I haven't run a lick this week. Actually, I've run a measly 2 miles BUT I've been to my fitness camp 4 times! I've just been busy. This wedding business is a lot of work. And work seems to be a lot of work as well...has something to do with the fact that I'm taking the entire month of October off, I guess.
I wish I hadn't signed up for the marathon in January. I'm just not as cool as Julianne who single-handly planned a wedding and ran a marathon the week prior. I'm not being hard on myself about because it's just life and in 28 days life will resume some sort of normalcy! Maybe next week I'll be back on my "roll"....
In the meantime, have a great weekend!
