Nutrition Information

I just checked Atlanta Bread Company's website for the nutritional information of what I had for lunch.

That piece of carrott cheesecake had...

Yuck...

I thing I'm going to be sick...

This is really bad...

680 calories in it.

I am so embarrassed and ashamed.

And how far am I going to have to run to burn that off?????

Guess there's nothing like reading the nutrition info to make you...want to be sick.

And it reminds me that there is a reason that I put together a bag of dried fruits, various nuts, and granola. THERE IS A REASON FOR THAT.

I think I may have cured my sweet tooth.

(by the way, in case you wondering. yes, I did oversleep again but made it in time to get 4 miles in with co-worker. since i'm not technically running more than about a mile of it, i am refusing to count it towards my weekly mileage. only one more day and i will never volunteer to do this again.)

It will take you about an hour to burn off that cheese cake .. You'd be running anyway, so there's no guilt.

keep in mind you have to eat something...so maybe you took in some extra calories, but all of them were not excess...I can rationalize anything.

Still proud you helped that co-worker...
