Mojo Week 1

Look at my mileage for the week.

It's already started off with 3 in the books.

3 with 26Marathons. He kicked my butt as usual. I couldn't keep up, what with the 97% humidity at 6:30am and all. But he came back and got me. We finished in 28 minutes flat. I'm keeping up with him on Thursday. For real.

I was doing some thinking this morning and realized that it hasn't just been running that I haven't been motivated to's also been school, work, and mostly anything that resembled effort. Not sure why. But I think it's passed.

No real definite plan for the week, but since I think I SHOULD have a goes:

Tues: speedwork and weights (legs)
Wed: 4.5 miles and weights (arms)
Thur: 4 miles (3 with 26Marathons, and one solo)
Fri: 5 miles and weights (combos)

I think it's the mid-summer blues. It's hot, it's humid, your sticky ... eats at you after a while. Looks like you're shooting through the otherside of the blahs though and are back on track. Congrats.
